Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nachiketa is operated by Pedon Ki Chhanv Mein Foundation, a Section 8 (non-profit) company registered in India.

1. Donations

Nachiketa is currently free to use — there are no paid subscriptions or charges for learners at this time. The only payments we accept are voluntary donations to Pedon Ki Chhanv Mein Foundation, which support subsidised online learning for underserved students, in-person sponsorship, and the foundation's programmes.

Donations are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable. Please donate only after confirming the amount. Where a donation is eligible for an 80G tax receipt, the receipt is issued to the details provided at the time of donation and cannot be reissued for a different donor or amount.

2. Subscriptions

We do not offer paid subscriptions yet. A full subscription, cancellation, and refund policy will be published here before any paid plans go live.

3. How to Request a Refund

To raise a billing or refund query, email us at support@nachiketaai.com with your registered email address and the payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
